Meet the Founder: Misty Perez Estevez, BCBA

As the founder and Clinical Director of Behavioral Stepping Stones, Misty Perez Estevez brings more than professional credentials — she brings passion, vision, and hands-on leadership. Misty is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), credentialed in Florida, Georgia, and Colorado, and licensed in Ohio and Texas. She has built this organization from the ground up to reflect her values:

Misty oversees every treatment plan and ensures that each team member is trained, supported, and supervised according to best practices.
